Prior to V?, the Pre-Necrynzi Stick was a reward given to Billposters for completing the Billposter Job Change Quest.
As of V?, it is no longer awarded. It is now only obtainable from other players, and exists only on the Lawolf, Aibatt, Mushpoie, and Mia servers.
