Sometimes a Jester finds other fighters' skills to be quite troublesome and just a hassle to his fighting. This skill simply muffles the target's chance of casting or using any skill that they have acquired over their years of training and forces them to rely on their own might.
It is not possible to manually add points to this skill, the effect has a chance of being increased when you give one of each kind of gem (Topaz, Ruby, Diamond, Emerald, Sapphire) to the Mysterious Robed Girl in the Volkane Dungeon.
